The company quotes, supports, and collects payment directly from the customer. After the service is completed, the company pays the partner commission based on the actual number of customers served.

Visa Run booking process for partners

Duy Tan Limousine - Da Nang / Hoi An to Lao Bao - a clear 6-step workflow for partner bookings.

Step 1

Partner submits customer information

Customer name, nationality, phone/WhatsApp number, visa expiry date, preferred travel date, number of customers, pickup point, service type, and any special notes.

Step 2

Company reviews the request

We check vehicle schedule, available seats, document status, suitable travel date, visa requirements, and applicable pricing.

Step 3

Price and deposit confirmation

NET model: the partner collects payment from the customer and transfers the deposit to the company. Commission model: the company collects the deposit directly from the customer.

Step 4

Company confirms the booking

We confirm travel date, pickup time, pickup point, service type, deposit received, remaining balance, and document instructions.

Step 5

Service operation

The company arranges the vehicle, driver, border support, trip monitoring, and handles any issues that may arise during the trip.

Step 6

Reconciliation

NET model: the partner completes payment to the company. Commission model: the company pays the partner commission after the customer completes the service.

Important note

A booking is officially confirmed only when customer information, travel date, pickup point, service type, number of customers, deposit, and company confirmation are complete. Partners should record the customer source early to protect referral rights and make reconciliation easier.

Conditions for receiving commission

  • The partner submits customer information before the customer contacts the company directly.
  • The booking is valid, recorded in the system, and officially confirmed by the company.
  • The customer has paid the required deposit.
  • The Visa Run service has been completed successfully without any serious complaint.
  • The company has received full payment, with no issue caused by incorrect advice from the partner.

30-day referral source protection

To record a referral, the partner should submit: customer name, WhatsApp/Zalo/Telegram number, nationality, preferred travel date, number of customers, and requested service.

If multiple partners introduce the same customer, the company will credit the partner who submitted valid customer information first.

Deposit Policy

  • Single Entry Visa Run: minimum deposit of 1,300,000 VND per customer.
  • Multiple Entry Visa Run: minimum deposit of 1,900,000 VND per customer.
  • Groups of 4 or more customers: recommended deposit of 50% of total booking value, or as agreed separately.

A booking is confirmed only when customer information, travel date, pickup point, service type, number of customers, deposit, and company confirmation are all complete.

NET pricing is strictly confidential between the company and the partner

Disclosing NET prices may create serious price conflicts and damage the overall credibility of the service.

Partners must not

  • Send the NET price list to end customers.
  • Publish NET prices on social media or websites.
  • Tell customers that the NET price is the original cost.
  • Discuss partner profit in front of customers.
  • Send screenshots of the NET price list.
  • Allow customers in the vehicle to know the NET price.

The company commits to

  • Not disclose partner profit to customers.
  • Not discuss NET prices in any chat group that includes customers.
  • Not allow drivers or operations staff to discuss NET pricing.
  • Not take over customers that have been validly recorded under a partner.
